Product Summary
The McIntosh MA9500 is a flagship solid-state integrated amplifier designed for customers who want serious high-end authority, wide source flexibility and the simplicity of keeping a premium two-channel system in one chassis. Delivering 300 Watts per channel, it is built for listeners who want the scale, grip and confidence of a powerful separate amplifier setup while keeping the day-to-day convenience of an integrated design.
One of the MA9500’s biggest strengths is how comfortably it can sit at the centre of a modern hi-fi system. McIntosh’s Autoformer technology helps it deliver the full 300 Watts into 2, 4 or 8 Ohm speakers, while the built-in DA2 digital audio module adds seven digital inputs including USB, HDMI ARC and MCT. That means customers can partner demanding loudspeakers, add a TV, connect a computer-based music source and still keep everything controlled through one premium amplifier.
The MA9500 is also designed to make long-term ownership feel special. Moving magnet and moving coil phono inputs support serious vinyl replay, the 8-band analogue equaliser gives useful fine tuning, and the unmistakable McIntosh styling brings real visual presence to a system. For customers who want a powerful all-in-one amplifier with genuine flagship intent, broad compatibility and the kind of build quality expected from a long-term centrepiece component, the MA9500 is a very compelling choice.
