The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

Product Summary
The Audio-Technica VM740ML is a premium moving magnet cartridge from the company’s VM700 Series, designed for listeners who want highly detailed vinyl playback without moving to a moving coil system. It features Audio-Technica’s dual moving magnet generator, which mirrors the left and right channels of the record groove for excellent stereo separation and accurate channel balance.
The cartridge uses a MicroLine stylus profile mounted on a tapered aluminium cantilever. This advanced stylus shape closely resembles the cutting stylus used during record mastering, allowing it to trace the groove with exceptional precision, reducing inner-groove distortion and retrieving extremely fine musical detail.
The die-cast aluminium alloy body helps suppress unwanted resonance while improving rigidity, resulting in clearer sound with improved dynamics and low-frequency control. As part of the VM700 family, the stylus can also be replaced or upgraded within the VM stylus range, giving flexibility for long-term ownership.
