Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

Product Summary

The DALI IO-12 is a premium wireless over-ear headphone designed to bring true high-fidelity sound to personal listening. Drawing on technologies developed for DALI’s renowned loudspeakers, the IO-12 combines advanced driver engineering, luxurious build quality and modern wireless connectivity to deliver an immersive and detailed listening experience.

At the heart of the IO-12 is a custom 50 mm driver using DALI’s Soft Magnetic Compound (SMC) magnet system. This technology helps reduce distortion and improves clarity across the frequency range, resulting in natural vocals, controlled bass and exceptionally detailed highs.

The headphones support high-resolution Bluetooth audio including aptX Adaptive, allowing compatible devices to stream music with improved quality and stability. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) helps minimise external noise when travelling or commuting, while Transparency Mode lets you remain aware of your surroundings when needed.

Comfort has also been carefully considered. The IO-12 features premium memory foam ear cushions and a durable headband designed for extended listening sessions. A wired listening option via USB-C or 3.5 mm connection is also available, allowing the headphones to be used even when the battery is depleted.
