Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

The Solidsteel HP Series is a luxury hi-fi rack range designed for customers who want a true flagship-level support for high-end audio systems. The HP Series racks are built for heavier, more ambitious separates where stability, finish quality and vibration control all matter just as much as visual presentation.

What sets the HP Series apart is the far more advanced shelf construction. Each level uses a thick composite shelf with a premium ceramic surface, giving the rack a more distinctive and more furniture-grade look while still being engineered for serious hi-fi use. Combined with the solid-machined stainless steel frame, Hyperspike support system and additional decoupling elements, the HP Series is intended to feel like a genuine step up from more conventional racks.

It is also a range with clear visual choice. Customers can select Brass or Copper frame finishes, together with Atlantic Black or Calacatta Gold White ceramic shelves, making it easier to tailor the rack to both the system and the room.
