We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 to mainland UK. Orders under £100 are subject to a £5 shipping charge.

We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible provided that we physically have the stock - but please note that sometimes we have to order from our supplier for certain products, in which case delivery should take place within 1-5 working days of the order being placed.
Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

Connect Mu-so 2nd Generation to your home network by Ethernet or Wi-Fi to open up a world of music. Stream music in high-resolution via UPnPTM or browse millions of songs through Airplay 2 (including Apple Music), Spotify Connect, TIDAL and internet radio. Connect smart devices by Bluetooth, or play music from USB drives by plugging into the USB input. It can also boost your TV’s sound. Just connect via the TV’s HDMI ARC port and the Mu-so 2nd Generation will automatically switch on with the TV and enrich the sound of your favourite movies and shows with brilliantly crisp, clear audio.
Mu-so 2nd Generation performs superbly on its own, or as part of a Multiroom music set-up. Combine it with other Mu-so systems (including 1st generation Mu-so and Mu-so Qb, other Naim network players, or any Apple Airplay 2-compatible wireless speaker. Play the same song throughout the home in beat-perfect sync, or choose different music in different rooms.
The Naim app for iOS and Android devices puts a world of music at your fingertips. Browse by artist, genre, album and more, complete with artwork and extended music information. Control volume, light settings, room modes, create playlists and activate multiroom. Mu-so 2nd Generation also comes with a remote control handset.
Mu-so 2nd Generation evolves the iconic styling of its predecessor, adding a compelling touch control panel ringed by an illuminated dial that lights up as you approach. Easily access key playback controls, favourite playlists and radio stations, Spotify Resume, multiroom functionality and more from this tactile and intuitive interface. The system has a burnished grey aluminium casing, fronted by a styled speaker grille, which is supplied in black, and is also sold separately in Terracotta, Olive and Peacock colour options.
