We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible provided that we physically have the stock - but please note that sometimes we have to order from our supplier for certain products, in which case delivery should take place within 1-5 working days of the order being placed.
Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

The Rega Naia is the ultimate production turntable in the Rega range, created for listeners who want the very highest level of vinyl replay the brand currently offers. Developed from the now-famous Naiad test bed turntable, it takes Rega’s low-mass, high-rigidity philosophy to an extreme, resulting in a record player built with no real compromise.
A big part of the Naia’s appeal is the way every part of the design is focused on extracting the maximum amount of musical information from the groove. Rega uses a graphene-impregnated carbon fibre skeletal plinth with a Tancast 8 foam core, ceramic top and bottom braces, a resonance-controlled ceramic platter and the exceptional RB Titanium tonearm. Together, these elements are designed to minimise unwanted energy, improve speed stability and preserve an extraordinary sense of precision, openness and control.
The Naia is also supplied as a genuinely complete reference source.
