The Rega Planar 78’s simplistic design, coupled with the incorporation of exceptionally high-quality elements, ensures the longevity of your turntable over numerous years.
The RB220 delivers remarkable performance and stands as one of Rega’s top-selling tonearms. A progression from the renowned RB250, which was originally included as standard equipment on early Planar 2 and P2 turntables, the RB220 incorporates Rega’s patented ultra-lightweight, high-quality polymer bearing, along with carefully selected vertical and horizontal bearings of superior quality. Employing our distinctive die-cast tube and a three-point plinth mounting approach, the tonearm mitigates stress on the plinth and enhances stability through precise handmade craftsmanship. All these factors culminate in an enriched musical experience for you, the listener.
