We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible provided that we physically have the stock - but please note that sometimes we have to order from our supplier for certain products, in which case delivery should take place within 1-5 working days of the order being placed.
Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

Product Summary
The DALI PHANTOM E series is designed for discreet in-ceiling installation while still delivering true hi-fi performance. This listing includes three size variants in one product page: PHANTOM E-50, PHANTOM E-60 and PHANTOM E-80. Each model is designed primarily for in-ceiling use, but can also be installed in-wall where appropriate.
All three speakers share DALI’s wide dispersion design, slim magnetic grille, dogleg mounting system and adjustable off-axis tuning, making them easy to install and simple to integrate into a wide range of listening spaces. The main difference between the variants is driver size, output capability and the room size they best suit.
PHANTOM E-50
The PHANTOM E-50 is the most compact model in the range and is a strong choice for smaller rooms, secondary zones or rear-channel duties in a home cinema setup. Its 5.25-inch woofer gives it impressive bass for its size while still keeping the installation footprint discreet and easy to place.
PHANTOM E-60
The PHANTOM E-60 is the natural all-rounder in the line-up. With its 6.5-inch woofer, it offers a fuller and more complete presentation than the E-50 while remaining compact enough for flexible installation. It works particularly well for stereo pairs in kitchens, family rooms and medium-sized cinema systems.
PHANTOM E-80
The PHANTOM E-80 is the largest model in this listing and is designed for listeners who want bigger scale, greater bass weight and higher output. Its 8-inch woofer makes it especially well suited to larger rooms, more demanding stereo applications or home cinema systems where stronger low-end presence is required.
