You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

The Audio-Technica AT-OC9XEB is a dual moving coil phono cartridge designed to deliver detailed and dynamic vinyl playback. As part of the respected OC9X series, it combines Audio-Technica’s moving coil generator technology with carefully engineered materials for precise sound reproduction.
The cartridge features a 0.3 × 0.7 mil bonded elliptical stylus mounted on an aluminium cantilever. This stylus profile follows record groove modulation more accurately than a conical stylus, helping improve frequency response and reduce distortion during playback.
Audio-Technica’s dual moving coil design uses independent left and right channel coils arranged in a reverse V configuration. This layout helps reduce stylus pressure while improving channel separation and stereo imaging.
A rigid aluminium body helps minimise unwanted resonance, while a neodymium magnet and pure iron yoke increase magnetic energy for improved signal accuracy. Threaded mounting holes also simplify cartridge installation on standard headshells.
