You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

Product Summary
The Audio-Technica AT-OC9XEN is a dual moving coil phono cartridge designed to deliver detailed and accurate vinyl playback. As part of the renowned OC9 series, it combines Audio-Technica’s advanced generator design with carefully selected materials to achieve excellent channel separation and natural analogue sound.
The cartridge features a nude elliptical stylus mounted on an aluminium cantilever. This stylus profile allows more accurate groove tracking than a conical stylus, improving frequency response and reducing distortion across the record surface.
Audio-Technica’s dual moving coil design uses independent coils for the left and right channels arranged in a reverse V configuration. This layout helps reduce stylus pressure while improving stereo imaging and channel separation.
A rigid aluminium cartridge body minimises unwanted resonance, while a neodymium magnet and pure iron yoke increase magnetic energy for improved signal accuracy. Threaded inserts in the body allow easy installation on standard headshells without the need for mounting nuts.
