We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible provided that we physically have the stock - but please note that sometimes we have to order from our supplier for certain products, in which case delivery should take place within 1-5 working days of the order being placed.
Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

The Hana Umami Blue Moving Coil Cartridge is a high-end design that blends technology from Hana’s flagship Umami Red with elements from the ML, creating a cartridge that delivers exceptional musicality, precision and refinement. Handmade in Japan, it represents a serious step into reference-level analogue performance.
At its core is a nude microline diamond stylus mounted on a solid boron cantilever, allowing extremely accurate groove tracing and outstanding detail retrieval. This combination reveals subtle musical nuances, improves transient response and reduces distortion across the frequency range.
The Umami Blue features a CNC-machined Duralumin Auricle™ body with a damping POM inlay, helping to control resonance and improve energy transfer. Combined with an Alnico magnet moving coil generator and hand-wound copper coils, it delivers a natural, dynamic and highly engaging presentation suited to high-end vinyl systems.
