A high performance cable with a wide-band, neutral sound, designed to be a superior option for equipment utilising DIN socketry.

Based on ATLAS' Hyper Ultra RCA I/C, the Hyper DIN interconnect utilises a shielded four-core construction and the ATLAS dd (Dual Drain) system to ensure excellent immunity to interference and noise.

The conductor in the Hyper DIN cable is a solid core OCC (Ohno Continuous Casting) copper core surrounded by multiple bunch-stranded ‘satellite’ conductors of high purity OCC copper, The ‘speed’ characteristic of analogue cables is determined primarily by the dielectric performance of the insulator applied around the conductor, Hyper’s conductors are encapsulated within a high-efficiency gas foamed Polyethylene dielectric, with excellent immunity to interference and noise.

NB. Atlas 180° DIN plugs are wired as follows by default:
Pin 2 = Ground; Pin 3 = Left, Pin 5 = Right. We also offer 4&5 pin variants suitable for Naim equipment. If you’re unsure, or require a different configuration, please contact us. Always check with your equipment manufacturer’s instructions before ordering.
