We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible provided that we physically have the stock - but please note that sometimes we have to order from our supplier for certain products, in which case delivery should take place within 1-5 working days of the order being placed.
Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

The Dorpo UHP-3001 Reference 8K Media Player is a full-width UHD media player designed for high-performance home cinema systems, media libraries and custom AV installations. Positioned as a more substantial reference-level model, it combines powerful 8K video decoding, premium audio handling and built-in storage capability in a rack-friendly 430mm chassis.
At its heart is the Amlogic S928X-K processor, supported by 8GB LPDDR4X memory and 64GB eMMC internal storage. The UHP-3001 supports 8K playback up to 60fps and 4K playback up to 120fps, with Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG support to help compatible displays deliver richer contrast, wider colour and more lifelike image depth.
For film libraries and stored media, the built-in 3.5-inch SATA 3.0 HDD bay supports drives up to 24TB, making the UHP-3001 ideal for customers who want convenient local playback without relying entirely on network storage. It also supports Blu-ray ISO and BDMV structures, common UHD video formats, USB playback and network media, giving it the flexibility needed for serious movie collections.
Audio performance is also well considered, with an AKM4432 DAC, RCA analogue output, optical digital output and support for Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, DTS-HD MA and PCM up to 192kHz.
