We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible provided that we physically have the stock - but please note that sometimes we have to order from our supplier for certain products, in which case delivery should take place within 1-5 working days of the order being placed.
Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

Sitting above the compact X3, it adds a larger half-width chassis, more memory and a built-in 3.5-inch SATA HDD bay, making it a stronger choice for customers who want both premium playback and local storage in one neat component.
Powered by an Amlogic S928X-K processor with 6GB LPDDR4X memory and 64GB eMMC storage, the X-300 is built for smooth navigation, fast library browsing and demanding UHD video playback. Support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG allows compatible films and displays to show greater contrast, deeper colour and more realistic image depth, while HDMI 2.1a supports up to 8K at 60fps and 4K at 120fps.
For audio, the X-300 includes an AKM4432 DAC, optical and coaxial digital outputs, analogue stereo output and support for Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and PCM audio up to 192kHz. With Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, USB playback, RS232, trigger input/output, HDMI CEC and smartphone app control, it is equally at home in a dedicated cinema room, rack-mounted AV system or high-quality living room setup.
