We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible provided that we physically have the stock - but please note that sometimes we have to order from our supplier for certain products.
Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund. In most cases however, orders are fulfilled within 1-5 working days.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

Product Summary
The Eversolo T10 is a reference-grade network streaming transport designed for listeners using a separate digital-to-analogue converter. Rather than incorporating its own DAC and analogue output stage, the T10 concentrates on music streaming, library management, digital signal processing and the accurate transmission of digital audio to an external DAC.
Its internal architecture uses extensive electrical isolation, physical partitioning and electromagnetic shielding to help reduce noise, interference and crosstalk between the system, display, power and digital-audio sections. A custom O-type linear power supply and low-noise toroidal transformer provide a stable foundation for the digital circuitry.
Timing is managed by an ultra-low phase-noise OCXO crystal oscillator working with a Phase-Locked Loop system. Temperature-controlled clock operation helps maintain long-term stability, while an external master-clock input supports both 10MHz and 25MHz reference signals with selectable 50Ω or 75Ω impedance.
The T10 provides isolated USB Audio and IIS outputs supporting native DSD512 and PCM up to 768kHz/32-bit. Optical, coaxial and balanced AES/EBU outputs support PCM up to 192kHz/24-bit and DSD64 through DoP, allowing the transport to partner a broad range of external DACs.
System-wide PCM upsampling is available through Eversolo’s evosample processing system. PCM music from local storage, streaming services and other compatible sources can be upsampled by as much as 16 times, with independent upsampling settings for USB Audio, IIS and S/PDIF outputs.
An 8.6-inch touchscreen provides direct access to playback, music libraries, streaming services and system settings. The T10 can also be controlled using the Eversolo Control app, a compatible television app, the supplied remote control or a web browser.
