Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

The Fezz Equinox Prestige is a balanced vacuum tube digital-to-analogue converter designed for listeners who want digital music to sound natural, spacious and emotionally engaging. Developed under licence from Lampizator, it combines Fezz’s valve audio expertise with a classic Burr-Brown PCM1794 conversion stage and a twin 12AU7 valve output section.
The Prestige version adds balanced XLR outputs alongside standard RCA outputs, making it a strong match for higher-end systems with balanced pre-amplifiers, integrated amplifiers or active speakers. Its USB, coaxial and optical inputs allow it to connect to computers, streamers, CD transports and other digital sources with ease.
A key part of the Equinox Prestige’s appeal is its accessible valve stage. The two 12AU7 valves can be reached through the sliding top-panel window, allowing experienced users to fine-tune the sound through compatible valve changes if desired.
