We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible provided that we physically have the stock - but please note that sometimes we have to order from our supplier for certain products.
Tracking details or estimated delivery timescales will be provided once your order has been processed. If there are any delays due to stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to wait or receive a full refund. In most cases however, orders are fulfilled within 1-5 working days.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

Product Summary
The Naim Mu-so 2nd Generation is a premium all-in-one wireless music system that combines high-resolution streaming, powerful amplification and six individually driven loudspeaker units within a beautifully engineered aluminium cabinet. Designed and developed by Naim in Salisbury, England, it delivers genuine hi-fi performance without the need for separate amplifiers, speakers or source components.
Inside the Mu-so 2nd Generation is a three-way stereo loudspeaker system comprising two bass drivers, two midrange drivers and two tweeters. Each drive unit is powered by its own 75-watt amplifier channel, providing a total amplification output of 450 watts. The drive units were developed and optimised in collaboration with Focal to provide improved bass control, lower distortion and greater excursion capability.
A powerful multicore Digital Signal Processor sits at the heart of the system, delivering 2000 MIPS of processing performance. This allows Naim to precisely control the loudspeaker system and optimise its performance across the frequency range. An intelligent limiter algorithm also monitors driver movement at extreme volume levels, helping maintain clarity while protecting the drive units.
Mu-so 2nd Generation uses the same Naim streaming platform developed for the company’s dedicated network players and Uniti systems. It supports high-resolution music playback up to 32-bit/384kHz with compatible formats, along with DSD64 and DSD128 playback.
Streaming options are extensive, with Spotify Connect, TIDAL and TIDAL Connect, Qobuz and Qobuz Connect, Apple AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Bluetooth, Internet Radio, UPnP and Roon Ready support. Music can also be played directly from USB storage or from music libraries stored elsewhere on your home network.
An HDMI ARC input allows the Mu-so 2nd Generation to double as a high-quality TV sound system. Connect a compatible television using HDMI and the Mu-so can dramatically improve television, film and gaming audio while allowing volume to be controlled from the television remote.
Traditional sources are also accommodated through a 3.5mm analogue input and optical digital input, making the Mu-so suitable for connecting televisions, CD players, turntables equipped with a suitable phono stage, and other audio equipment.
The illuminated control dial on the top of the unit combines a rotary volume control with 15 touch-sensitive controls. A proximity sensor automatically wakes the interface as your hand approaches, while everyday operation can also be handled through the supplied remote control or the Focal & Naim app.
Mu-so 2nd Generation can operate as a standalone music system or form part of a multiroom setup. Using the Focal & Naim app, compatible Naim and Focal streaming products can be grouped together for synchronised playback throughout the home.
Its substantial aluminium enclosure, illuminated controls and woven speaker grille give the Mu-so a distinctly premium appearance. The standard black grille can also be replaced with optional Olive, Terracotta or Peacock finishes, allowing the system to be personalised to suit its surroundings.
