It includes a genuine Red Book CD drive, mounted shock-proof for smooth operation, and a 24-bit/192kHz DAC for high-quality sound. The multi-bit delta-sigma architecture ensures accurate, fine-resolution audio, allowing for 1:1 bit-accurate CD playback, similar to Pro-Ject’s higher-end models. The low-impedance output buffer minimises interference from connected cables, and the S/PDIF coaxial output offers flexibility by allowing connection to an external DAC.
