Product Summary

The Sonus faber Olympica III G3 is a premium three-way floorstanding loudspeaker combining advanced acoustic engineering with the Italian craftsmanship for which Sonus faber is renowned. Its elegant lute-shaped cabinet blends handcrafted wood, leather and aluminium detailing with a powerful yet refined acoustic design.

A 28mm DAD Arrow Point silk-dome tweeter is joined by a 165mm Camelia paper-cone midrange driver and twin 165mm bass drivers. The dedicated midrange enclosure uses an internally shaped cork damping structure to control unwanted resonances and help preserve clarity through vocals and instruments.

With 90dB sensitivity, a 4-ohm nominal impedance and recommended amplifier power of up to 300 watts, the Olympica III G3 combines impressive scale and bass authority with the natural tonal balance and spacious presentation associated with Sonus faber.

Our Trustpilot reviews

★★★★★
What an amazing company. Anna in the Glasgow branch has been so informative and helpful with my order. Sam in the Aberdeen branch has an incredible knowledge of older amps and speakers.

★★★★★
Jesse is very professional and always happy to help in the Glasgow Audio store. He is very knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend.

Kyle

★★★★★
Dropped in not really knowing what I wanted. Sam was most helpful, steering me towards a solution, and avoiding going over the top. From that we moved on to updating our wifi coverage towards a network. Here, Alain was equally helpful.

Dean

★★★★★
The guys at Holburn Hifi were fantastic from start to finish. Explained everything clearly and in simple terms which I really appreciated as I was lost amongst all the info I had seen online. There was no hard sell and certainly an understanding of my budget. I can’t recommend Holburn Hi Fi highly enough. Thanks to Ian, Sam and Christian.

Richard

★★★★★
I bought a full system from the Aberdeen shop. Christian was very attentive throughout the whole process. I found that all the staff in the shop were both knowledgeable and helpful. I would strongly recommend Holburn Hi-Fi to anyone thinking about buying a full or part Hi-Fi system.
