We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible provided that we physically have the stock - but please note that sometimes we have to order from our supplier for certain products, in which case delivery should take place within 1-5 working days of the order being placed.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK distance selling regulations. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us by email, phone or in writing before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals and any promotional items. The cost of return is your responsibility and we strongly recommend insuring the goods, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. If items show excessive handling, are missing components, or cannot be resold as new, a reasonable deduction may be made.

The Ultrafide SP500 is a high-performance stereo power amplifier designed to bring Ultrafide’s professional audio heritage into a sleek, more compact hi-fi form. Short for squaredPOWER, the SP500 uses minimalist square casework that fits neatly into a wider range of systems, while retaining the powerful Ultra Sigma amplifier technology first introduced in the flagship U500DC.
Delivering 500 W per channel into 4 Ohms and 250 W per channel into 8 Ohms, the SP500 has the drive and control needed to partner a wide variety of loudspeakers with confidence. Its Ultra Sigma Class D output topology is supported by a robust 500 VA linear power supply, helping the amplifier deliver scale, grip and dynamic stability without adding unnecessary bulk.
The SP500 is fully DC coupled from input to output, supporting clean, accurate signal transmission and fast transient response. Balanced XLR and RCA inputs are both included, with XLR link outputs and multiple speaker connection options giving useful flexibility for hi-fi, studio and custom installation systems.
